Our Ready to ship items will be shipped in 1-2 processing days. Pre-order items can take up to 10 days to process, as they still need to be produced (handmade).

Our products are made of artificial fur. It is a delicate material and suffers from heat exposure. If it comes into contact with water, we recommend gently drying it with a soft cloth or leaving it to dry on its own. After drying, brush the coat carefully with a plastic comb. Do not use a hair dryer, iron or other heating devices to dry faux fur!

For items with airbrush effect, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to intense light sources that could cause color changes.
